Picking up a few hours after the end of HP-2061, Jennifer Thomas, Ken Cool, Onyx, Alex and Kristianna are entering the ring and gleefully getting ready for the finals of a contest sponsored by some unknown donors that has a grand prize of $100,000 for whomever of them can deliver the most brutal beatdown of professional victim Hollywood. They find their target tied in a corner in extremely rough shape with an array of weapons spread out in front of her.  In addition to the four preliminary rounds of this contest, Hollywood has endured a couple of additional hours of beatings from the non-finalist contestants who were not happy to be barred from competing for the money. Cameraman Jeff informs the crew that Hollywood is much more injured than when they last saw her and is in no condition to receive the beating that they are about to give her. Hollywood’s outer physical limits are not considered at all, as the judges want to double the brutality from the preliminaries, as well as seeing the contestants do some novel tortures to the destroyed beauty.  They get to work right away with a straight beating and that advances to creating flatlines for Hollywood with heart punches and then using tasers as defibrillators.  She is then pulled out of the corner and subjected to more pounding and then crowbar stabs to very sensitive areas while other parts are mercilessly worked over with a hammer.
Round Two involves a comprehensive destruction of Hollywood’s entire abdominal area with various weapons while she is stretched tight or back broken and other parts of her are tased, hammered or yanked with pliers.  In Round Three, she is flipped over and her back side gets a similar treatment, with each of the five getting a chance to work on her individually, heavily using the tools and weapons to attempt to disassemble her spine and legs and pulverize her kidneys and ass.  In the Fourth Round, Hollywood is on her knees and tied to the ropes while all five attack her at the same time, featuring many bats to the head, knees to the jaw, crowbars hooking her sides and thighs being smashed by the steel pipe - among other attacks.
In Round Five, each of her feet are tied to the ropes and comprehensively destroyed.  Even with the many epic sessions of bastinado Hollywood has endured, this is one the most extreme that she has ever had to take.  Her sexy soles are stretched, stabbed, pounded and tased and her toes are pried, pliered and mangled by the contestants working outside the ring, while her body and face are punished non-stop by others inside.
The Final Round picks up where Part I stopped with the further destruction of Hollywood’s already battered chin.  She is again wearing a mask that only reveals her jaw and throat, and each of the finalists dishes out almost unbelievable punishment to those areas using the pliers, hammer, crowbar, pipe and brass knuckles.  Once the massacre of Hollywood’s gorgeous face and throat has ended, the decision of the judges is revealed and two of the competitors find themselves tied for the win.  Rather than split the winnings, they elect to have an overtime session.  The rules allow Hollywood to opt out within ten minutes if she can speak, but the gang keeps her gagged and otherwise occupied to ensure her participation in the next phase of the contest.
While Part I was brutal, the larger, more vicious team in Part II easily surpasses the judges’ goal of doubling the brutality that beautiful, beleaguered Hollywood has to endure.  But no end to her suffering is in sight as overtime promises to surpass the limits of even Hollywood’s nearly endless endurance.
