Jennifer Thomas, Alex and Kristianna are standing in the ring, each holding a weapon.  Cameraman Jeff informs them they are contestants in the fourth preliminary round of a contest over who can deliver the most extreme beating to a mystery victim who is clad in a black bodysuit.  The winner will earn some good money, but will also have the chance for a much larger prize by competing in the finals against the winners of the other preliminaries -  providing another beating on the same victim later that day.  There are some special rules - they can only attack parts of the victim that are exposed, and each round another part of her body will be revealed.  Currently, only her abs are exposed through a hole in the bodysuit.  The three quickly get to work pounding and stabbing the victim’s bare stomach with wooden and steel tools.  Jennifer believes she knows who the victim is just based on her midriff.  Kristiana does not, but she is more than happy to dish out major brutality to the already battered abs, first with the victim’s hands being bound to the bottom rope and then when she is placed in a backbreaker over Alex’s knee.  At the end of the round, the vicious three are asked to leave while the people running this contest prepare the victim for round two.  That round sees the victim on her back at the edge of the ring with her head tipped over the side.  Her full face mask has been cut to reveal her lovely pointed chin and nothing else.  While Kristianna is concerned that is too small and weak a target, she is assured that this victim has a chin of unmatched durability and that they should do their worst to it, while also continuing to work on her abs, which remain exposed and in play.  They begin their attack and this sexy feminine facial feature is subjected to an almost unbelievable amount of abuse, as it is punched, pounded, pinched, twisted, ripped at, tased and struck and pried with a crowbar while the victim’s abs are concurrently mashed and brutalized with other weapons.

In the third round, the victim’s feet are now tied to the bottom rope and exposed for punishment. The group works to add substantial incremental damage to all that the victim’s feet have suffered in the three prior rounds, while her abs continue to take a substantial pounding. The foot abuse seems significant, but when the fourth round begins - now exposing the entirety of the victim’s toned legs - Jeff informs the crew that the judges were disappointed that there was not even more damage done to her feet.  The front of the victims legs are viciously pounded with the crowbars, and then she is placed into a matchbook pin and the backs of her legs get similar treatment. The round ends with Alex placing the victim in a Boston Crab, enabling the ladies to destroy her feet some more.

The final round has the victim completely free from the bodysuit, except for her head.  Her battered, but ridiculously gorgeous, body is clad in a red metallic bikini and Kristianna still cannot identify her.  Jeff tells them that her entire body is in scope, but that the judges located some unbroken ribs which they would like to see cracked.  The team goes to work on the victim’s ribcage with various weapons. They flip her over and recklessly attack her spine with the metal weapons. The round ends with a crotch attack that features brass-knuckled punches, head butts and atomic drops, leaving the victim a spasming wreck.

In the last scene, the big reveal finally occurs and the mauled beauty turns out to be none other than Hollywood. When the judges’ decision about which of them has made the finals is read, a losing contestant descends into a fit of rage - blaming poor Holly and viciously attacking her face, ribs and crotch.  The brutal display impresses the judges and they allow that contestant to also participate in the final round and get a chance at the big money.  The finalists go off to rest up for a couple of hours to regain their strength while the losers of the prior rounds are invited back into the ring to work their aggressions out on Holly and to ensure that she comes into the final round completely spent.
