Picking up from Escape/Destruction (HP-2049), Alex is holding a steel pipe and waving goodbye to the friends who had been helping him continue the beatdown of the already-destroyed Hollywood after he, Jennifer Thomas, Kristie Etzold and Onyx had decimated her in part one.  Still not satisfied that his lovely victim has taken enough, he traps her in the corner and uses the pipe to punish her midsection and then choke her out.  After several face punches make her collapse to the canvas, he drags her to the middle of the ring and continues to use the pipe and other weapons to relentlessly work over Hollywood’s entire body.  When finally done with his latest beating, he starts to kick the now-out beauty over to the side of the ring to take her to the hospital, but decides he is too busy and just leaves her there.

Now much more concerned than he was in part one, Cameraman Jeff again breaks the noninterference rule by attempting to wake up Hollywood and finally needs to use a taser to rouse her.  Hollywood has suffered substantially more injury than her first escape attempt and Jeff knows she won’t make it out the door.  Since he can’t directly help her, he tells her to get to her phone, which is in a nearby bank of lockers, to call for help.  The few feet she needs to travel seem like miles as, despite the intense pain, Hollywood drags her broken body to the lockers.  When she can’t find her phone in the bottom ones, she uses a nearby punching bag to haul herself up.  However, the pain of the effort overwhelms her and she passes out standing up with her hand caught in the chain suspending the bag.  Jeff is again trying to wake her up, this time by punching her wrecked abs, when Alex, Jennifer and Kristie return with some additional evil plans for Hollywood.  

They can’t resist first treating her like the punching bag she is attached to, but the real goal of their return is to try out some new pharmaceuticals obtained by Kristie.  They inject Holly in the neck with a drug that paralyzes her and she collapses to the floor.  Alex carries her back into the ring where they plan to use the second new item on helpless Holly - a lotion that greatly increases pain sensitivity.  Alex stretches her out and they slather the pain increaser on her abs and then go to work with a particularly vicious attack using the pipe and a crowbar.  Her feet, back and legs get a similar treatment of lotioning and then destruction. Finally the ladies tase and torture Holly’s beautiful face and throat while Alex continues to mash her midsection with the steel pipe before pummeling her face with a barrage of punches.  Satisfied that they have caused enough additional injuries, they leave Hollywood knocked out knowing that she will still be paralyzed when she wakes up when she will only be able to helplessly suffer with the magnified pain from her shattered body.  Jeff again tries to wake her, this time to no avail, and then tells her that he has to leave and that she should “stay safe” since the ring will be in use later in the day, and her bad day may get significantly worse if she is discovered beaten, helpless and surrounded by weapons by that incoming group who might not be able to resist working on her some more.
