how does it work?
simple and EZ. you log-in on our server and create a username and password, please remember this information, you will need it to get your downloads. you will then be connected to ibill, the webs leading billing company and fill out a simple form. you will be able to decide how many tokens you wish to purchase. within a few moments your purse will be filled with your tokens that you can spend as you wish on your favorite site.

how much does it cost?
there are a few different options available to you. so you'll be able to pick how much you want to put in your purse. each token costs $1.00 and its up to you how many you buy. there is no recurring billing, so take as many as you like.

do my ez tokens expire?
no, unlike monthly billing subscriptions, tokens don't expire. you can use them as you like and as often as you like.

what if i have a problem using my tokens?
the site which you purchased the tokens through will be able to resolve your problem relatively easily. they can simply replace the tokens in question or handle your concerns in an efficient way. if you have problems with your transaction through ibill, ibill can easily resolve your questions. be sure to note your pincode when you subscribe. please give the webmaster as much information as possible including: username, password, the download which you encountered problems with and your pincode from ibill.

what if someone steals my tokens?
our encryption uses a dual security system. you will need to log-in from a recognized site and enter your username and password. we've taken every step to ensure your security. if you have any concerns, please drop us a line at the e-mail address below.

feel like you got ripped off?
your satisfaction is our primary concern. if you encounter problems that the webmaster is not able, or not willing to resolve, e-mail our customer service department and we will straighten it out for you.

... some technical issues--


problems with i.e. 6
it has come to our attention that i.e.6 has an issue with the security in place with our system. to resolve this, there is a setting in IE6 under tools, internet options, privacy that allows cookies that must be enabled (it is disabled by default) in order for the ez tokens to work.

download accelerators / "site suckers"?
please do not use any utilities such as these to download your files, they will not work. the file can only be downloaded in one of two ways: either by clicking the link that is displayed after you make your purchase and letting it download to the default location, or by right clicking or control-clicking/mac and "saving target as"...

ibill declines me on a second purchase?
i just talked to ibill about this, and it happens only if you try to purchase the same membership (price) within 24 hours. it's a security issue they are working on resolving. there are two work-around's:
1) simply purchase a different cost membership $10.00 or $20.00 or $50.00
2) wait 24 hours after your first purchase
this system actually insures that you are not charged twice for a purchase on a site by accident or fraud.
